Description To participate as a visitor, you should first register on line. That will enable you to visit the trade show, meet the exhibitors you wish and attend training activities. Registration as a visitor is free of charge; you should only accredit that you are involved in activities related with the exhibition, and present your business card when you pick up your accreditation. Students will be allowed at exclusive training activities. Participation includes access to the meeting agenda available on line, which will enable you to plan your meetings and optimize your participation. People that organize events or that are responsible for choosing future venues for international congresses, corporate meetings, business or incentive travels, Members of Directive Boards of International Associations, in-house PCOs, CORE PCOs or Meeting Planners and Association Management Companies, may apply as Hosted Buyers.
