The Brazilian Association of Event Companies - ABEOC BRASIL was founded on January 15, 1977. Its purpose is to coordinate, guide and defend the interests of its members, represented by organizers, promoters and service providers of events, registered with the Ministry of Tourism. Today, ABEOC BRAZIL is present and regulated in 13 states: Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espirito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Pará, Paraná, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo. It brings together about 500 associated companies. The ABEOC BRAZIL is a member organization of the Federation of Organizing Entities and Congress Afines Latin America - COCAL .
