Hong Kong Int'l Wine & Spirits

Description Organised by the HKTDC and held at the HKCEC - 8,200 buyers from 57 countries - 620 exhibitors from 23 countries. The last day - public day - included master classes, tasting sessions and seminars, and attracted more than 11,000 consumers. This Asia's premier wine event offers a wide range of high quality wine and spirits, beer and other alcoholic beverages, as well as wine production, wine education, logistics and services to buyers from all over the world. A number of group pavilions, with Italy and France featuring the largest pavilions, were presented to enrich the overall sourcing experience to forge new business connections in the vibrant wine market. A new World of Spirits zone featured exhibitors from 14 countries and regions, reflecting an increasingly varied market after the Hong Kong government lowered duty rates for high-end liquor last year.
